Important Hotel Information
  • Reservation Guarantee: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations without a confirmed payment are subject to automatic cancellation by the hotel.
  • Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours before the day of arrival to avoid a one-night room/tax penalty charge. 
  • Parking: Facilities are available at a flat rate of $25.00 per night for hotel guests (subject to change). The Inn at Longwood Medical does not own or operate the self-parking garage.
  • Lodging Taxes: Room rates listed to the right do not include state and local tax fees. Current (May 2025) taxes are 16.45% per night and are subject to change.
  • Check-in: 3:00 pm ET   | Check-out: 12:00 pm ET 

 

Reservations

The Tai Chi & Qigong Conference committee has secured a discounted group rate for 2026 Conference attendees, including the nights from April 28—May 1, 2026. Once open, reservations will be available to make at the group rate until Friday, March 27, 2026, or until the group block is sold out, whichever occurs first. Note: There are limited hotels in the Longwood Medical area, so make your reservations early, as we’re expected to sell out!

 

Receive $25 (USD) off your Conference registration (opening this September 2025) by reserving your accommodations through the Conference room block at The Inn at Longwood Medical. You must have a reservation confirmation number from The Inn at Longwood Medical for the Conference dates at the time of registration to get the discount, so don't hesitate. This discount is only available while rooms at The Inn at Longwood Medical remain.
